Laugher is truly excellent medicine for whatever ails you. Now obviously if you don't find anything humorous, it's hard to make yourself laugh. right? Or is it?
Try this: Just exhale with a strong breath on the syllable 'HA'. And do this engaging the diaphragm. The diaphragm is a little exercised part of our anatomy. When you work with your diaphragm and lungs in this way, you're getting much fuller breaths. You oxygenate the blood and brain. Now try exhaling on the syllables in rapid succession HA-HA-HA-HA-HA. Bounce your belly, while you're doing it, you're just engaged the diaphragm. Now try it varying the tonality, the volume. Then stretch it out. The Law of Attraction is a wonderful tool for positive manifestation for your life.
You can do this in your car, going to and from work or on breaks. I know it seems silly. But Silly is GOOD. Try this with a friend. If you play with a friend, I guarantee you'll both end up laughing for real. It's hard to do this without activating a true belly laugh. Another way to raise your vibe fast is TONING. Similar to singing, but you tone for the sake of feeling sound reverberate through your body. You're not going for a pretty sound, just sound for the sake of sound. The sound you make is the right sound. Feel it move through your sinuses, throat. Feel the breath and vibrations through your body. Do it for a few seconds to as long as you like. Try it for a few seconds to as long as you like. Start empowering yourself right now and experience Law of Attraction Love.

Anything you do to take a break from feeling bland, blank, disengaged and drained. It might be squeezing or bouncing a ball, watching the birds, blowing bubbles.
