Therefore, at night, it is advisable to put the 40-60w incandescent lamp on the top left corner when reading or studying. That is because the light from incandescent lamp is relatively softer and easy for eyeballs to adapt to, preventing the tiredness of eyes.
The posture of using eyes should be correct. The posture of using eyes is another factor causing nearsightedness. When using eyes, the books should be 30cm away from eyes. Reading on buses, reading in bed and reading with a slanting head are all bad for our eyes, which will put stress on the eyeballs. The eyeballs�� of students are on the stage of development and long-time incorrect posture of using eyes will easy make nearsightedness.
Do sports as much as possible to improve fitness. Fitness of the body is closely related to the myopic eyes. For example, people with poor nutrition, infirmity, and picky mouth are easier to get nearsightedness.
Green is good for our eyes, so see trees and meadows as much as possible. What is more, don��t use dirty hands to rub eyes and don��t use others�� towel, preventing infectious diseases.
In our daily life, parents should prevent children from being picky about food to make sure different kinds of nutrition will be offered to body. In ordinary days, we should do sports to keep healthy, such as running, playing basketball and kicking shuttlecock. In addition, doing eye exercise during the working intervals is a good way to prevent myopic eyes.
