|
|
Whether you have just become a therapist or have been running your holistic/spiritual practice for years, having a vision, a plan and a clear mental image of how you want align your private practice building with your desired lifestyle and what action steps to take is an essential ingredient to vibrant practice building.
Do you truly believe you can achieve your private practice vision when you become a complementary therapist, holistic practitioner or spiritual entrepreneur?
If you do a good job for others,
You heal yourself at the same time,
Because a dose of joy is a spiritual cure.”
Dietrich Bonhoeffer
Do you have unwavering belief you can become a therapist or holistic practitioner and achieve anything you desire; more importantly do you have a plan to lay out the steps to build a vibrant practice so you are you ready to receive it?
Do you have a vision and a plan of action that aligns your desired lifestyle after you become a complementary therapist, holistic health care practitioner or spiritual entrepreneur?
Your spiritual journey starts with you, having a vision is crucial if you are to become a successful therapist or spiritual entrepreneur, and have a thriving private practice that is a joy to work in with clients that energise you.
Having a plan of action to set up your holistic practice and achieve your therapy income goals is a must. Combining life, business and marketing plans will help you decide what it is you want and how to go about creating your vision.
These are essential elements every private practice owner should work on and continue to work on even after they become a therapist or holistic practitioner. It is wise to set goals, and an income goal and review these regularly if you are to create holistic work/life balance.
Setting goals is FREE it won’t cost you anything, but is the most valuable strategy you own, because it starts with your mind and how you think.
What you think about most of the time becomes your reality. Your mindset will make or break the plan you have to create your vision of your private practice
Mindset + Plan = Your Vision
When you believe you are open to receive. Your external world is a reflection of your internal world; what you think about determines what you do after you train to become a complementary therapist or holistic health care practitioner, the results you get and whether your private practice head towards your life vision or not, is entirely up to you.
I have come across many spiritual entrepreneurs and holistic practitioners who do not have a life, marketing or business plan, and wondered why they are struggling. The really lose their spirit and a lack of clients takes its toll and impacts what income they earn as therapist or holistic practice owner.
Have you heard the saying this saying? ‘When you fail to plan, you plan to fail’.
They don’t even think it’s worth trying anything new or they think that writing a plan of action, setting goals for their therapy business or marketing is not for them, or are in someway negative.
When they learn what I KNOW as a Vision and Life Purpose Business Coach, complementary therapists are no longer puzzled as to why they are in still a muddle and are not earning the income they want as a private practitioner.
After you train to become a therapist or holistic health care professional,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], rarely is your mindset focused on you as a business owner or spiritual entrepreneur.
If you want to earn more when you become a therapist or holistic practitioner, then it would make sense to have an open mind and move away from the mindset of treating your private practice as though it is a hobby, right?
On the other hand, there are complementary therapists and spiritual entrepreneurs that have the business mindset and try to get themselves out there. The problem they have is not being sure of the most effective ways to organize and market their holistic practice so it grows rapidly and has consistent flow of clients.
Most have never had a business plan or a marketing plan for that matter or are unlikely to have updated it since they first started out.
Not enough of us are taught during training to become a therapist or holistic practitioner who attracts all the clients we need and who energise us. As a result we are not always adequately prepared for what often happens; a static private practice that has far and few between clients and a significant number of them either cancel regularly, pay late and zap our energy!
Life, marketing and business plans are working documents that place a firm foundation for your private practice, they should be added to your business and take your holistic practice down a definite path to success. With this in mind it is not surprising when people who choose to become a therapist without a plan, struggle behind closed doors.
I suggest you as a complementary therapist, holistic practitioner or spiritual entrepreneur you avoid these costly mistakes by combining traditional business/ marketing plans, aligning the vision you have for your practice, your life purpose and the Universal Laws to support you to create the Vibrant Private Practice you’ve always wanted.
