Ideally the body should be looked after all of the time, but when we are young it’s never really at the foremost of our minds. In my opinion it is most definitely taken for granted.
Unless you have some kind of illness that impairs the body, in most cases, it is lean and generally in good condition, also for a considerable amount of years it will tolerate abuse. But as the years pass by there comes a time when enough is enough! The body fights back by giving us aches and pains which are tell tale signs that all is not what it should be. The sad fact is that for a lot of people these signs are ignored and the bad habits continue.
Look at the lifestyle that you are leading does it include the following
? Being too sedentary
? Eating only processed food, trans fat and saturated fats
? No exercise
? Being obese, or bloated
? Simply eating too much food, too quickly
? Drinking too much alcohol
? Smoking
In my opinion a body needs routine, something that fits into the new lifestyle being adopted. It should make one feel comfortable on a daily basis (not too rigid) being able to break it from time to time when events crop up, which of course they do. What is important is being aware that what has been created on a daily basis is going to be far more beneficial to the body as we age.
Become happy in your own skin. When one is happy and contented the process of loving yourself maybe for the first time will begin. Others will be amazed at the transformation taking place, to them it will be from the outside, but you will know that what you have been doing is radiating from the inside of your body.
None of this is rocket science but pure common sense for, if you nourish the body, in return it will pay you back in ways you would never have appreciated before, yet as you progress adopting a totally different lifestyle you will understand and be grateful.
Throughout its life the body is abused in a variety of ways, from the inside by what you eat and drink and the outside by not looking after your skin, hair etc. All of these things take their toll!
Its time to take stock of your life where you are going what you are doing! Buy yourself a daily journal start to ask yourself questions of what you can change, but be honest with the answers.. For example:-
? Do you need to start a weight loss program?
? Do you need to eat more healthy food?
? Do you need to put exercise into your daily schedule?
? Are you stressed? Do you need to begin relaxation on a daily basis?
? Do you drink enough water?
Maybe you are a person who has yo-yo dieted for most of their life, but,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], found ultimately it got nowhere! It really doesn’t have to be that way. What is required is for you as an individual to be redirected and it will work out!
? Depressed
? Lethargic
? Maybe feeling bloated

The body needs to be nurtured, taken care of, better than you would your car. It has to last a jolly sight longer and therefore needs to be in tip top condition instead of being out of sync.

Until we reach our forties, we seem to be immune to any drastic changes to our physical appearance, but as soon as we reach a certain age our bodies begin to change whether we like it or not!
The change is natural, it’s a bit like a wake up call, for you, to respect your body and listen to its needs. Look towards natural products in everything you do. That means on your skin, what you put inside your body, all are of paramount importance to you when reaching your goal
Its no use being apathetic, this is the last chance you have of making a come back and it could be done in the most fabulous of ways. You will need only to possess three things.
? Patience.
? Zest for Life.
? Will Power.
Today, the populous eat too much, take little or no exercise. Certainly cannot find the time to relax. Stop! Health is a fundamental requirement for the body and its organs, don’t deprive it.
